Time to Submit a Return

Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date you received your order.


Starting the Return Process

To get a return underway, please email our support team at hello@laceys-london.com with your order number included. This number can be found in your order confirmation email or on the invoice that came with your delivery.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll send over clear instructions on where to send your items and how to prepare them for shipment. Please note that any returns received without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Generally, the cost of shipping the return falls on the customer. The only exception is when the return is the result of a mistake on our side—for instance, an incorrect product, damage in transit, or a faulty item. All approved returns must be sent to our warehouse in Asia: Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, 315100 Ningbo, Zhejiang, China.

Please note that any hold-ups due to customs are entirely outside our control and cannot be considered a valid reason for a return. If your order included a bundle, all items from that bundle must be returned together—we are unable to accept partial bundle returns.


When We Take Care of Shipping

If your order shows up damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or contains the wrong product (such as a different size, colour, or style than what you ordered), we'll cover the return shipping. Just send us a message within 30 days of receiving your delivery, and we'll walk you through the next steps.

To repeat: bundled orders need to be returned in their entirety. We can't process returns for individual pieces from a bundle.


Item Condition for Returns

Anything you send back must be in completely new, unused condition. That means unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, labels, and inner liners still in place. We have the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, use, or damage of any kind.


Damaged or Wrong Items in Your Order

We suggest checking your delivery as soon as it arrives. If you spot any damage, defects, or items that don't match your order, please let us know within 30 days. Our team will work with you to put it right, and the return shipping is on us in these situations.


Want to Exchange Something?

The simplest way to handle an exchange is to send back your original item first. Once we've processed the return, you're free to place a new order for whatever you'd like instead.


Refund Timeline

When your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will check it over within 2–4 business days. If everything is approved, your refund will be issued within that same timeframe.

How quickly the refund shows up in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, but you should usually see it within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have gone by since we approved your return and you still haven't seen the funds, please drop us a line at hello@laceys-london.com.
